Volunteers

Volunteers are the engine that drives the Capital City Half Marathon and Commit to be Fit 5K. As the event has grown over the years, it is known for its outstanding customer service. As a result of our volunteers' selflessness, CapCity is the biggest spring block party in central Ohio.

Here is a sample of some of the volunteer jobs available:

• Goodie Bag Creation
• Packet Pickup
• Registration
• Start Line Area
• Aid Stations
• Race Course Marshals
• Finish Line
• Post-Race Food Distribution
• Clean Up

For 2010, our goal is 10,000 participants, which places our event among the largest half marathons in the Midwest. We can achieve this — together. Sign up today!
